In addition, this privacy policy describes your rights and choices with respect to the Personal Information we collect. Personal Information We Collect

Information you provide to us. Personal information you provide to us when you use the Service, attend or host an event on the Service, or otherwise interact with us includes:

  • Contact information, such as your first and last name, email and mailing addresses, phone number, professional title, and company name.

  • Profile information, such as your username and password that you may set to establish an online account with us.

  • Registration information, such as information about events or activities that you register for.

  • Feedback or correspondence, such as information you provide when you contact us with questions, feedback, or otherwise correspond with us online.

  • Transaction information, such as the payment card information you provide to our third-party payment processor when you pay for event tickets, information about your transaction history on the Service.

  • Usage information, such as information about how you use the Service and interact with us, including information associated with any content you upload to the websites or otherwise submit to us, your search terms, chat messages, and other information you provide when you use any interactive features of the Service.

  • Marketing information, such as your preferences for receiving communications about our activities, events, and publications, and details about how you engage with our communications.

  • Other information that we may collect which is not specifically listed here, but which we will use in accordance with this Privacy Policy or as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection.

Information we obtain from social media platforms. We may maintain pages for our Company on social media platforms, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, YouTube, Instagram, and other third-party platforms. When you visit or interact with our pages on those platforms, the platform provider’s privacy policy will apply to your interactions and their collection, use, and processing of your personal information. You or the platforms may provide us with information through the platform, and we will treat such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Information we obtain from other third parties. We may receive personal information about you from third-party sources. For example, a business partner may share your contact information with us if you have expressed interest in learning specifically about our products or services, or the types of products or services we offer. We may obtain your personal information from other third parties, such as other users who refer you to us, event hosts, marketing partners, publicly-available sources, and data licensors.

Automatic data collection. We, our service providers, and our business partners may automatically log information about you, your computer or mobile device, your activity over time on the Service and other online services, and your interactions with our marketing communications such as:

How We Use Your Personal Information

Training AI Models

Use of Google Workspace APIs

We utilize Google Workspace APIs solely to provide and enhance our services directly to you. We do not use any data obtained through Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models. Your data remains confidential and is only used in accordance with your instructions and this privacy policy.

Marketing and advertising. We, our service providers, and our third-party marketing partners may collect and use your personal information for marketing and advertising purposes:

  • Direct marketing. We may send you direct marketing communications about VidMax AI, our events, and our third-party partners’ products and services as permitted by law, including by email, mail, and text message. You may opt-out of our marketing communications as described in the Opt-out of marketing section below. See the section below called How we share your personal information for information about information we share with our marketing partners for their own direct marketing purposes.

  • Interest-based advertising. We may engage third-party advertising companies and social media companies to display ads on our Service and other online services. These companies may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your interaction over time with the Service, our communications, and other online services, and use that information to serve online ads that they think will interest you. This is called interest-based advertising. We may also share information about our users with these companies to facilitate interest-based advertising to those or similar users on other online platforms. How We Share Your Personal Information
We may share your personal information with the following parties and as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy or at the time of collection:
Affiliates. We may share your personal information with our corporate parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates, for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.Creators. VidMax AI is a platform that connects Creators and their audiences. Accordingly, when you purchase a ticket to a VidMax AI event or make a purchase from a Creator through the Services, we may share your personal information with that Creator. Creators may use your personal information for a variety of purposes, such as to fulfill your merchandise order, send you transactional emails, and for operational and analytics purposes, or for other purposes, as permitted by applicable law and the Creator’s privacy policy. We require Creators to safeguard such information and take steps to ensure that such information is used only for legitimate purposes. You may review the privacy policies of Creators who utilize the Service by visiting their websites.
Service providers. We may share your personal information with third-party companies and individuals that provide services on our behalf or help us operate the Service or our business (such as customer support, hosting, analytics, email delivery, marketing, and support).
Marketing Partners. Where permitted by law, we may share personal information with our marketing partners, which they may use as described in their own privacy policy, including for their own direct marketing purposes.
Third-party platforms and social media networks. If you have enabled features or functionality that connect the Service to a third-party platform or social media network (such as by logging in to the Service using your account with the third-party, providing your API key or similar access token for the Service to a third-party, or otherwise linking your account with the Service to a third-party’s services), we may disclose the personal information that you authorized us to share. We do not control the third party’s use of your personal information.
Other Users of the Service and the Public. We may provide functionality that enables you to disclose personal information to other users of the Service or the public. For instance, you may be able to maintain a user profile with information about yourself that you can make available to users, creators, or the public. You may also be able to submit content to the Service (such as comments, reviews, surveys, blogs, photos, and videos), and we will display your name, username, and a link to your user profile along with the content you submit. Access or Update Your Information. If you have registered for an account with us, you may review and update certain personal information in your account profile by logging into the account and viewing your profile information. You may delete your account by contacting us at compliance@vidmax.ai.Opt out of marketing communications. You may opt out of our marketing-related emails by following the opt-out or unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of the email, or by sending us an email at compliance@vidmax.ai requesting changes to your subscriptions. You may continue to receive service-related, transactional, and other non-marketing emails.Cookies. See the cookies section above for information about your choices regarding cookies.Do Not Track. Some Internet browsers may be configured to send "Do Not Track" signals to the online services that you visit. We currently do not respond to "Do Not Track" or similar signals. To find out more about "Do Not Track," please visit http://www.allaboutdnt.com.Choosing not to share your personal information. Where we are required by law to collect your personal information, or where we need your personal information in order to provide the Service to you, if you do not provide this information when requested (or you later ask to delete it), we may not be able to provide you with our services. Third-party platforms or social media networks. If you choose to connect to the Service via a third-party platform or social media network, you may have the ability to limit the information that we may obtain from the third-party at the time you log in to the Service using the third-party’s authentication service or otherwise connect your account. Subsequently, you may be able to control your settings through the third-party’s platform or service. For example, you may access and change your settings through the Facebook settings page for Apps and Websites. If you withdraw our ability to access certain information from a third-party platform or social media network, that choice will not apply to information that we have already received from that third-party.
Other Sites and Services
The Service may contain links to websites, mobile applications, and other online services operated by third parties. These links are not an endorsement of, or representation that we are affiliated with, any third party. In addition, our content may be included on web pages or in mobile applications or other online services that are not associated with us. We do not control websites, mobile applications, or online services operated by third parties, and we are not responsible for their actions.
Security
We employ a number of technical, organizational, and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information we collect. However, security risk is inherent in all internet and information technologies, and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information.
International Data Transfers
We are headquartered in the United States and may use service providers that operate in other countries. Your personal information may be transferred to the United States or other locations where privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your state, province, or country. If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (“EEA”), please note that we take appropriate measures to ensure that we transfer your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws. These measures may include implementing Standard Contractual Clauses to govern the transfer of your information or other means recognized by applicable laws. Children
Only adults over the age of 18 are permitted to use our Service. We do not intentionally collect personal information through the Service from children under 18 years of age. Consistent with applicable law, if we learn that we have inadvertently collected the information of a child under 13 without the consent of the child’s parent or guardian as required by law, we will delete that information. We encourage parents with concerns about the personal information of children under the age of 13 to contact us.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. We will need to verify your identity to process your information, access, and deletion requests and reserve the right to confirm your California residency. Your authorized agent may make a request on your behalf upon our verification of the agent’s identity and our receipt of a copy of a valid power of attorney given to your authorized agent pursuant to California Probate Code Sections 4000-4465. If you are a resident of Nevada, you have the right to opt-out of the sale of certain personal information to third parties who intend to license or sell that personal information. You can exercise this right by contacting us here or emailing us at compliance@vidmax.ai with the subject line “Nevada Do Not Sell Request” and providing us with your name and the email address associated with your account.
GDPR Notice
The information provided in this GDPR Notice applies only to individuals in the European Union, the European Economic Area, and the United Kingdom (collectively, “Europe”). The information provided in this “GDPR Notice” section applies only to individuals in the European Economic Area and in the UK and explains our approach to any personal information that we collect from you or which we have obtained about you from a third party and the legal basis for processing your personal information. It also sets out your rights in respect of our processing of your personal information.

Use For New Purposes
